Various copying methods are used depending on the materials to be copied. Please note that the requested copying method or the copying service itself may not be available owing to the condition of materials or other reasons.

Photographing and printing on paper Materials will be photographed and printed on paper. This method will be used if ordinary photocopying cannot be done owing to damage to or deterioration of materials or for other reasons. The following fees will be charged for copying delivered by mail or parcel:
Handling fee [domestic: 418.00 yen (380 yen excluding tax), overseas: 580.00 yen] and postage (at cost)
When copying Japanese-book binding materials and inserting slip sheets for preventing back projection, 19.80 yen (18 yen excluding tax) per sheet.
To calculate the total fee, after adding up all the fees excluding tax (in the case of the later date photoduplication service, handling fee and postage are also inclusive), impose the consumption tax on the net fee above, and then round the sum down to a whole number.
(Ex.) Photocopying (black/white) four A4 sheets and two A3 sheets as the Same-day photoduplication service:
30 (yen) x 4 + 50 (yen) x 2 = 220 (yen)
220 (yen) x 1.10 (consumption tax) = 242.00 (yen including tax) -> 242 (yen)
We do not charge consumption tax for copy products which are to be shipped overseas.
