With these services, you can get recent updates automatically.

RSS

Users who register the feed with an aggregator program (RSS reader or Web browser, etc.) can get updated contents via the aggregator. RSS is a data format to provide users with content updates on the web.

* OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language) is the data format to exchange list of website or web feeds. With many aggregators (RSS reader etc.) you can register multi RSS feeds at ounce importing OPML format file.
