Tappizaki (Cape Tappi)
The northernmost cape of the Tsugaru Peninsula, located in the northwestern part of Aomori Prefecture. National Route 339, which runs near the cape, has a section called "staircase highway", which is the only road in Japan that cars cannot drive on.
