2025-12-18 The earliest available start date for requesting materials between the Tokyo Main Library and Kansai-kan, which can be specified when applying for a visit, will change

In light of recent logistics conditions, starting January 6, 2026, the earliest available start date for requesting materials between the Tokyo Main Library and Kansai-kan when applying in person will change from 3 business days after the request to 4 business days after the request.

The earliest available start date for requests made in person at the Kansai-kan for materials borrowed from the International Library of Children's Literature (5 business days after the request) and the earliest available start date for requests made via the National Diet Library Search (6 business days after the request) remain unchanged.
