Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine
A shrine located in Kamakura, Kanagawa. MINAMOTO no Yoriyoshi built the shrine at Tsurugaoka, Yuigo, in 1063, invoking Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine, and MINAMOTO no Yoritomo moved it to its current location in 1180. The Ichino-torii (first torii gate), Main Shrine, Wakamiya Shrine, and Maruyama Inari Shrine are Important Cultural Properties.
