Tanzawa-Oyama
A mountain located in Isehara, Kanagawa. 1,252 meters above sea level. It has long been worshipped as a sacred place for praying for rain and a bountiful harvest. Oyama Afuri Shrine and Oyama-dera Temple, which has the Important Cultural Property "Iron-made Fudo Myoo and Two Children Statues," are located there. In the Edo period, "Oyama Pilgrimages" became popular.
