The designated place of lodging in Osaka was also called Nagasakiya, and it was also the residence of the copper mint official in charge of copper collection, refining, casting, etc. In addition to the refinery, in Osaka the entourage visited such famous locations as Sumiyoshi-sha Shrine and Tennoji Temple as well as the theater. This scene is from the mechanical puppet theater of Takeda Omi at Dotonbori (printed in v. 4, pt. 2 ).
