This was transcribed onto red paper, and is currently separated into 9 sheets. It is from 1854 report, and describes in detail the Crimean War as the 'Russian-Turkey Incident', and the capture of Nanjing by the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom forces as the 'China Incident'. This was possessed by Sanjo Sanetomi , who was active as a court noble of the Sonno-joi faction (Revere the Emperor - Expel the Barbarians Faction). This kind of transcribed report was common at the end of Edo period, and was passed between the court nobles, feudal lords, domain warriors, and others with an interest in foreign affairs.
