2025-11-14 Unauthorized Access to a System Under Development

We have at present outsourced the development of a new in-house service system. We regret, however, to announce the discovery of an unauthorized access to the development environment managed by the contractor, Internet Initiative Japan Inc., during an intrusion into a network operated by the contractor's subcontractor, Solution One Co., Ltd.

The impact of this unauthorized access was limited to the development environment, and we have not found any other impact to our services or information infrastructure. It is, however, possible that some information used for system development, including server configuration details within the affected development environment, as well as some user information and usage data might have been leaked.

We have blocked access to the affected development environment and, in response to this heightened threat to security, have also strengthened monitoring of our information environment.
We continue to investigate the details of the unauthorized access and will take appropriate measures in response to information leakage.
