2024-3-19 The Printing Function of the NDL's Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries Will Be Opened to Approved Partner Libraries Overseas

The Printing Function of the Digitized Contents Transmission Service for Libraries (hereafter referred to as "the Service") will be opened to approved partner libraries overseas. We will accept applications for the Service from April 1, 2024.

The staff of partner libraries subscribing to the Service will be able to provide patrons with printouts of nearly 1.8 million digitized contents including books, periodicals, rare books and old materials in the National Diet Library Digital Collections.

Libraries that wish to use the Service must apply in advance. Partner libraries in the Service must apply to switch to an agreement that allows for browsing and printing in order to use the printing function.
More information will be provided at a later date on the following website.
