2021-10-1 Ending TLS 1.0/TLS 1.1 support

As of December 15. 2021, Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 will no longer be supported by the following websites to enhance security:

• National Diet Library　https://www.ndl.go.jp
　
• International Library of Children's Literature　https://www.kodomo.go.jp
　

After support is ended, older browsers not compatible with TLS 1.2 will be unable to access these websites.
