東京本館来館利用を希望される方は、＜注意事項＞をご確認の上、フォームに必要事項を記入してお申し込みください。本フォームからお申込みをいただいた方は、＜注意事項＞に同意したものとみなします。

緊急時の休館・開館時間の変更等はトップページ及び公式Twitterでご確認ください。

＜注意事項＞

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大防止の観点から、東京本館の1日あたりの入館者数を制限しています。上限を超えたお申込みがあった場合、抽選で来館利用者を決定します。自動送信による申込確認メールは申し込まれた方全員に送信されます。抽選の結果、当選された方にのみ、来館希望日の前週金曜日までに、改めてメールをお送りします。当選メールを発送しましたら、当館Twitterでお知らせいたします。「抽選結果（当選）」のメールを受信されていない方は東京本館にご入館いただけません。
来館希望日は2週間分が表示されます。複数日を選択することが可能ですが、できるだけ多くの方に利用していただくため、お申込みの状況により調整させていただくことがあります。
お申込みの受付は、来館希望日の前週水曜日正午までです。一度申し込まれますと変更はできません。
発熱、咳、咽頭痛、だるさなどの症状のある方は来館をご遠慮ください。当日は発熱されている方の入館をお断りさせていただきます。また、来館にあたってはマスクを着用してください。
過去2週間以内に、感染が引き続き拡大している国・地域へ訪問したことがある方は、来館をご遠慮ください。

To visit the Tokyo Main Library, it is necessary to make a reservation. Please read the following notices before filling in and sending the request form.

Information on suspension of library services or changes in library hours will be announced on the NDL website and Twitter account.

Notices

The maximum number of visitors to the Tokyo Main Library per day is limited to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). When the number of applications exceeds this limit, we will decide winners by drawing lots. Reservation confirmation emails will be sent only to the winners, by the Friday of the week before their preferred date of visit. We will post on the NDL Twitter when we send the confirmation emails. People who do not receive a reservation confirmation email cannot enter the Tokyo Main Library.
You can select preferred dates of visit for the next two weeks (except library holidays). Once your request has been sent, it cannot be changed.
Application deadline : No later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday the week before your preferred date of visit.
A reservation is required to enter the Tokyo Main Library.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat or feel fatigued, please refrain from visiting the National Diet Library. People who have a fever are not allowed to enter. Please wear a mask in the library.
Please refrain from visiting the NDL if in the past two weeks you have visited a country or region where measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 are in place.
