2026-8-25 ILCL exhibition "Picture Books with Limited Coloration" will be held. (International Library of Children's Literature)
The International Library of Children's Literature (ILCL) would like to announce an exhibition entitled "Picture Books with Limited Coloration" to be held at the ILCL from Tuesday, October 6, 2026 to Sunday, April 18, 2027.
- First period: Tuesday, October 6, 2026 – Sunday, December 20, 2026
- Second Period: Tuesday, January 19, 2027 – Sunday, April 18, 2027
- All books will be changed between the two periods.
While many picture books are quite colorful, there are those that touch our hearts even while using only a limited number of colors. This exhibition showcases picture books from the ILCL collection that are either monochrome or use only a small number of colors.
