2026-3-23 Science and Technology Research Project reports released: “Global Research Collaboration and Economic Security: How Should We Respond in the Age of Closed Science?” “Circular economy” and “Robotics in the AI Era.”

The Research and Legislative Reference Bureau of the National Diet Library has conducted the Science and Technology Research Project since FY2010, in which certain topics from important policy issues related to science and technology are selected to be studied and analyzed in cooperation with external experts. As a result of the FY2025 project, reports on the following three subjects have been published:

“Global Research Collaboration and Economic Security: How Should We Respond in the Age of Closed Science?”
“Circular economy”
“Robotics in the AI Era”
