2026-3-11 Unauthorized Access to a System Under Development (Third Report)

As previously announced on November 14 and 28, 2025 , unauthorized access to a new in-house service system that was under development might have resulted in some personal information being leaked and we notified the potentially affected individuals individually.

According to a third-party investigation conducted by network security specialists via the system development contractor, Internet Initiative Japan Inc., it turns out that no personal information was leaked in this incident.

We will strengthen security measures and rebuild the development environment that was subject to unauthorized access.
