2020-3-2 Temporary suspension of library services during the transfer of library materials from the Tokyo Main Library to the Kansai-kan.

Parts of our collection will be unavailable while being transferred from the Tokyo Main Library to the Kansai-kan.

Affected library materials and timing

Approximately 286,000 books that were published in foreign languages and cataloged at the Tokyo Main Library no later than March 1968 will be transferred to the Kansai-kan between April 1 and September 30, 2020.

During this period, search results for these books in the NDL Online will show the designation "Under revision".
