2019-10-10 Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print Disabilities Now Available Outside Japan

Starting October 1st, 2019, the NDL's Data Transmission Service for Persons with Print Disabilities is now available to user overseas who live in countries that are party to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled (Marrakesh Treaty)(Link to WIPO).
