International Policy Seminar "U.S. Foreign Policy and Japan"

The "America First" policy of the Trump administration has had a serious impact on various international frameworks, increasing Japanese interest in America. The National Diet Library is pleased to sponsor a seminar featuring Dr. Michael Mastanduno, a specialist in international politics.

Dr. Mastanduno will examine the foreign policy towards Asia of the Trump administration and then discuss the topic including future measures Japan could take in response, with a panel of Japanese experts.
