Koaze, Tsutau

Lawyer. Born in Himeji, Hyogo. In 1898, he graduated from the Law College of Tokyo Imperial University and became a judge. In July 1910, he took office as a judge of the Supreme Court. He is known as a scholar of criminal law and wrote on the subject.
