Photoduplication services

NDL copying services are performed in accordance with the provisions of Japanese copyright law.
All copies are made by library staffs.
Copying services are available for a fee. Please see the Photocopy Fee Chart for an explanation of fees.

Photocopies of paper materials

Please fill out a photoduplication request form from a user terminal and print out it from a printers in the library.
Next, please fill out the photoduplication request form and insert bookmarks at the start and the end of the portion to be copied.
* To copy materials of the Special Materials Rooms, please ask at the counter of each rooms.

Please present your user card, the material to be copied, and the photoduplication request form to the Copying Center.
Same-day photoduplication: Please pay in cash or electronic money at the Copying Center when you receive the copies.
Please see the page below for a list of electronic money cards available.

Later-date photoduplication (sent by mail): Please remit payment to the designated bank account after receiving your copies in the mail.
* The service is available to registered users only.

Print out electronic materials

Digitized materials and electronic journals can be printed out with some exceptions (the Photocopy Fee Chart).
After making the request for printout from user terminals, please apply at the Printout Counter within service hours.

Please pay in cash or electronic money at the counter after you receive the printouts. Please see the page below for a list of electronic money cards available.

* Downloading to electronic media (CD-R, USB memory stick, etc.) is not allowed.
