A 230m-wide waterfall in front of the building facing Seika Boulevard is called "Shukeidaki", which means landscaping waterworks. In Kansai Science City where the Kansai-kan is located, greenery and water features such as sidewalks and streams along Seika Boulevard and Keihanna Commemorative Park are being put in. The stream of "Shukeidaki" provides continuity with the surrounding landscape and creates a most pleasant environment.
