Lecture meeting "National Library of Sweden: Challenges in the Digital Era"

National Library of Sweden pioneered in web archiving in 1996 and has been going forward with the bulk harvesting of domestic websites. It also plays an important role as the secretariat of a joint digitization-related project involving archives, libraries and museums in Sweden. In this lecture meeting, the National Librarian, Dr. Gunnar Sahlin, will present its activities and future vision in the digital era and have a talk with Dr. Makoto Nagao, Librarian of the National Diet Library.
*After the lecture meeting, a library tour will be offered to the first 40 people who apply for the tour in advance (in Japanese only). The tour will end at 17:30.
