Research reports "Aspects of Information and Communication" and "Advances in Information and Communication Technology and Cyber Security" were published. These reports are the result of a year-long research project conducted by the Research and Legislative Reference Bureau of the National Diet Library in cooperation with scholars and other experts from outside the Library.

The reports analyze the trends and issues of information and communication technology, in regard to related policies and cyber security.
