Research reports "Aspects of Ocean Development" and "Science and Technology Policies on Offshore Resources and Ocean Energy" (Japanese) were published on 15 March. The reports are the result of a year-long research project conducted by the Research and Legislative Reference Bureau of the National Diet Library in cooperation with scholars and other experts from outside the Library.
These Reports analyze trends and issues of ocean development in Japan and abroad.
