Research report "State Promotion of Research and Development: Support for Higher Education Institutions and Public Research Institutions" [Main part/Materials part] was published on 16 March. The report is the result of a year-long research project conducted by the Research and Legislative Reference Bureau of the National Diet Library in cooperation with scholars and other experts from outside the Library.
