On May 18, 2011, the National Diet Library and the Agency for Cultural Affairs reached agreement to ensure the reliable handing-on of our valuable materials to the next generation.
Based on this agreement, we aim for closer collaboration on the location information, cataloging, collecting and conservation and access to works and materials of historical and cultural value.
