The International Library of Children's Literature (ILCL) established the "Support plan for the promotion of children's reading activities 2010", for the 5 years from 2010 to 2014.
This plan shows the activities, with which ILCL should grapple, to enrich support in the field of the information resources service and the training for people related to child service in public libraries, school libraries, and so on.
