On June 7, 2010, the 19th meeting of the Legal Deposit System Council (Acting Chairperson: Yasuki Hamano), was held at the National Diet Library, and the report of the Council, "Concept of the Acquisition System for Online Publications", was decided and then submitted to Dr. Makoto Nagao, the Librarian of the National Diet Library.
