Institutions can become registered users.

Please obtain approval by applying to join the interlibrary loan system.

At the National Diet Library, different IDs are used to access various kinds of content or services.
Depending on the ID you are using, please contact us as indicated below:
  • Registered-user ID (Used for NDL-OPAC, borrowing materials, copying, reference services, Union Catalog network, and NDL Search)
