Q: How can I make a request via the Internet?
A: Please apply for our user registration system beforehand.
With the user ID number and the password given to registered users, you can access to the retrieval screens and then to the application screens in the Japanese version of the NDL-OPAC(Online Public Access Catalog)

Q: Can I request copies of materials held by the NDL from overseas?
A: You can use our international photoduplication service. For more details, please see the following page.
Q: If our library would like to borrow NDL holdings, what should we do?
A: A library wishing to borrow items from the NDL must register for the User Registration system for Interlibrary Loan Services.

Q: If we are a registered institution, can we use your international loan service?
A: You cannot use international loan service. To borrow NDL materials, you must register for the User Registration system for Interlibrary Loan Services.
