Mr. Daniel Teruggi

The National Diet Library will invite Mr. Daniel Teruggi, Director of the Research and Experimentation Department, L'Institut national de l'audiovisuel (Ina), and hold a lecture meeting.

Ina is the central archive for the audiovisual domain such as radio and television. It collects, preserves and promotes use of contents as well as providing research and training programs.

Being a researcher, composer and top cadre in Ina, Mr. Teruggi will give an outline of Ina, the trend of digitization and Internet access, and future strategy. After the lecture, a three-way conversation will be conducted between Mr. Terrugi, Mr. Mikio Oji (NHK Enterprises, Inc.) and Dr. Makoto Nagao (Librarian of the National Diet Library).
