The 24th meeting of the Conference of the Directors of National Libraries in Asia and Oceania (CDNLAO) will be held in March 2016 in Wellington, New Zealand, hosted by the National Library of New Zealand Te Puna Mātauranga o Aotearoa, on the theme of "Adding value through international cooperation."

|Wednesday, 9 March||- Detailed guided tour of the National Library’s building including technical facilities and public services (possibly in small groups according to interest)
- Plenary session: selected papers on the theme of the meeting
- Plenary session: 24th Annual business meeting of CDNL-AO
- Welcome reception
|Thursday,10 March||- All day plenary session: Regional seminar on digital access to information
- Official reception and dinner
|Friday, 11 March||- Morning plenary session: Conclusion of the Regional seminar on digital access to information
- Afternoon: cultural excursion
- Evening: departures
