    From the Responses to the Questionnaire

    The editorial office has received responses from 13 national libraries (Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Indonesia, Korea, Nepal, New Caledonia, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vanuatu, and Vietnam) as of November 28. We thank all these national libraries that completed the questionnaire and returned it to us.

    The editorial office still welcomes answers from the member libraries that have not answered the questionnaire. The special topics of the issue No. 56 (July 2006) and onwards will be chosen from the topics in which member countries have shown interest on this questionnaire.

    Special topic of the next issue

    To member libraries of the CDNLAO: 

    "Copyright issues in library services" is featured in this issue. The special topic of the next issue (No. 55, March 2006) will be "Features in the library building/facility." We would appreciate your contributions related to this theme. (e.g. Introduction of your library building, innovations in library facilities to improve convenience of users/workers, etc.) 
    We also welcome articles which introduce unique services of your libraries, and your comments on the Newsletter.
