Priority Objectives for FY2010 and their Evaluation
Priority Objectives are set every fiscal year for projects we put particular emphasis on to achieve the "Vision for the NDL’s 60th anniversary". We set Evaluation Indicators (Two kinds, Progress Indicators and Achievement Indicators) for each Priority Objective to carry out valid evaluations. We conduct evaluations after the end of each fiscal year.
The following are considered in the evaluation for FY2010:
Progress
Evaluate and grade into four ranks according to the extent of progress of each project set to attain the priority objectives, compared with our plan of FY2010. Evaluation is conducted in a comprehensive manner: quantitative method using the Progress Indicators and qualitative method using explanations.
| S | Progress which exceeds our plan |
| A | Progress as planned |
| B | Progress to some extent |
| C | Less progress than expected |
Achievement
Levels of service improvement for users were evaluated into the following four grades. Evaluation is conducted in a comprehensive manner: quantitative method using the Achievement Indicators and qualitative method using explanations.
| S | Achievement exceeded our target |
| A | Achieved our target |
| B | Achieved to some extent |
| C | Target not met |
Evaluation results are as follows.
