Priority Objectives for FY2009 and their Evaluation
Priority Objectives are set every fiscal year for projects we put particular emphasis on to achieve the “Vision for the NDL’s 60th anniversary”. We set Evaluation Indicators (Two kinds, Progress Indicators and Achievement Indicators) for each Priority Objective to carry out valid evaluations. We conduct evaluations after the end of each fiscal year.
The following are considered in the evaluation for FY2009:
Progress
Evaluate and grade into three ranks according to the extent of progress of each project set to attain the priority objectives, compared with our plan of FY2009. The main criteria for evaluations are: have the Progress Indicators achieved the targets?
| Progress as planned, | |
| Less progress than planned, | |
| No progress |
Achievement
Levels of service improvement for users were evaluated into the following four grades. Criteria for evaluation are: do the Achievement Indicators show services have become more used or acquired greater user satisfaction, as a result of promotion of a project?
| Achieved sufficiently | |
| Achieved to some extent | |
| Achieved little | |
| Achieved nothing | |
| Not yet ready to have any result |
Evaluation results are as follows.
