Priority Objectives for FY2007 and their Evaluation

The NDL sets up specific objectives to be carried out within 1-3 years in order to improve our services in the area of the Priority Objectives defined in the NDL Vision 2004. We assess the progress in each objective and publish the results of the evaluation in the following fiscal year.

The following are considered in the evaluation for FY2007:

Progress

Evaluate and grade into three ranks according to the extent of achievement and progress of each project set to attain the priority objectives, compared with our plan of FY2007:

Progress as planned, Progress as planned,
Less progress than planned, Less progress than planned,
No progress No progress

Achievement

Levels of improvement of services for users at which each objective is aimed were evaluated into the following four grades. Criteria for evaluation is if they have become more used, judging by the number of accesses and others, as a result of increase in the number of materials or contents through promotion of a project.
