The National Diet Library (NDL) Database Forum (Japanese)
The NDL Database Forum will be held on September 15 at the Kansai-kan, and on October 22 at the Tokyo Main Library. At the forum, we will introduce useful online databases of the NDL. You can now apply for the forum to be held at the Kansai-kan.
About 14,000 volumes have been added to “Digital Library from the Meiji Era”(Japanese)
About 14,000 volumes published in the Meiji and Taisho eras(1868-1926), including “Spring & Asura” by Kenji Miyazawa, have been added to the “Digital Library from the Meiji Era”. About 170,000 volumes are now available.
Search services of the NDL and the NIHU started mutual cross searching.
Digital Archive Portal (PORTA) of the NDL and Resource Sharing System for the Humanities of the National Institutes for the Humanities started mutual cross searching. You can now search 162 digital archives at the same time.
