São Paulo City Immigrant House dormitory

The Immigrant House (Hospedaria de Imigrantes) was modern facilities for accepting immigrants, which were constructed in 1888, the year slavery was abolished, (the House, however, received the first immigrants in 1887 while it was under construction). This building is currently used as the São Paulo State Immigrant Museum.
